Sent my snowflake and Swagbucks

February 11th, 2013 at 07:17 pm

Sent my found money to my credit card this morning. I know $15 isn't a lot, but I know if I keep doing that, I will knock it out. My Ebates total is only up to $9...not the $11 I was hoping for. But still...there is another $9 I can send to the card.

I think I am about to give up on Swagbucks! I watch the Swag TV and try to do surveys and do the daily poll but I only have 144 points!!! I just don't get it. Maybe its just not meant to be. Or maybe I am not doing enough? I have never met my Daily Goal...ever. I think today it said my goal was 90! How do you get 90 points in one day????

There is a Facebook page --- it is called Swagbuck Offers that Credit or something like that. People go there and post which of the special offers are giving credit. Keep an eye on it to get some good ideas of what is paying out.

    A couple of rules.

Don't ever give them a "real" email address. Make up separate junk email accounts just to use with these offers. People call them "10 minute emails" because you use them to sign up for offers and then after the offers stop crediting with those accounts, you make up another one. I think I've been through over 20 of them in the past couple of months. I can't repeat this enough - do not use your main email. You will start receiving 100's and thousands of spam offers a day.

Don't ever give them a phone number that you are going to mind if it starts ringing off the hook with telemarketers. I use a Google Voice phone number. It is free and it just rolls into a voicemail account that I never check.

For the most part, don't sign up for any of the offers that require your credit card. That's really more my rule. I'd rather not earn the points that get my credit card number compromised.

I also avoid any of the offers that might require a Social Security number (The credit reporting agencies).

Play games for 10SB per day, daily poll, run through the NOSO (no obligation special offers), watch any available videos on the Special Offers, 'print' a coupon on the Radium one page EVERY day for 9SB. Use the search feature to earn random swagbucks throughout the day, yesterday I had a win of 39SB, but many searches give you 7 or 8SB. Yes, you do generally need to watch some SBTV. I guess the mobile app makes it quicker, but I don't have that option. Don't forget to LIKE Swagbucks on Facebook, because members there will notify you when a code is available and hints on where to look...which means more Swagbucks. Look for FREE offers on the Special Offers page. Today, on Peanut Labs, I signed up for a Free Vacation Planning DVD worth 17SB. It was for Disney. Yes, you do need to give address, but it was easy and credited instantly. Good luck!

Oh, JulieA has good advice. Never give out SSN or buy an offer with a credit card, unless you use Shop and Earn...which is similar to Ebates. Oh, and print off coupons under the Coupon link...use them and get 10 SB per coupon, usually credits in 30 days.

I wasn't getting close to the daily goals either until they made the SBTV available for the iPhone/iPad. Now that is an easy 50 every day. 10 more for the games, and then search wins, NOSO, Daily Poll, and it isn't too hard to make 100 in a day. I'll need to see if I can figure out what coupon CCF is talking about on RO. Smile
Once in a while I qualify for surveys, and that definitely does help.
